Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for our maintenance, construction and office team. Ideal candidate enjoys working with others and supporting/assisting in all areas where help is needed.
Salary:
$18-$20/Hour - Full Time or Part Time - Flexible Hours - Paid Weekly
Responsibilities and Duties:
Some experience/knowledge in the industry preferred but not necessary.
Clerical Work; manage phone calls & correspondence (emails), schedule appointments and maintain calendars, provide information to clients by answering questions and requests.
Assist with scheduling crews and proposals.
Assist with invoicing.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Proficient in Google Suites, MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
