We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Lawn Care Technician/Pesticide Applicator
Experience/knowledge in the industry preferred.
Illinois Pesticide license is required; we offer paid training to pass state-issued Pesticide Operator/Applicator exam.
Customer service & client satisfaction.
Ability to work with others.
Fertilization, weed control and other herbicide applications.
Seeding, aeration.
Completion of daily route assignments.
Must have a valid drivers’ license with a good driving record. Must be 18 years or older. Be able to follow driving directions and familiarity with local service areas.
Ability to work Monday-Friday, some Saturdays as required. Possibility for overtime.
Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Property care & client satisfaction.
Manage a crew to ensure all property care work is performed according to industry standards.
Ability to manage time & completion of tasks.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required.
Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
Provide Production Manager feedback on crew member(s).
Working with Production Manager, help to develop and train crew members.
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
Participate in branch meetings as directed.
Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs.
Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
Administrative Assistant
Some experience/knowledge in the industry preferred but not necessary.
Clerical Work; manage phone calls & correspondence (emails), schedule appointments and maintain calendars, provide information to clients by answering questions and requests.
Assist with scheduling crews and proposals.
Assist with invoicing.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Proficient in Google Suites, MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
