Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

As a Landscape Crew Member you will be part of a 3-man crew working on high-end residential properties, performing work safely, on quality and on budget. Crew Members will be responsible for the execution of landscape maintenance work including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, caring for seasonal rotations and other landscape maintenance tasks as needed. This position requires and understanding of the safe operation of equipment.

Salary:

• $16-$19/Hour (based on experience) - Full Time - Paid Weekly - Overtime Available

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Property care & client satisfaction.

• Previous experience in the industry preferred but not necessary. Willing to learn.

• Work authorization.

• Comfortable working outdoors performing maintenance services such as turf mowing, trimming, etc. Able to work in all weather conditions, in temperatures as low as the teens and as high as 90+ degrees.

• Lifting required up to 50 lbs.

• Work efficiently within a team environment.

• Learn and operate maintenance equipment.

• Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required.
