Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

As a Landscape Crew Team Lead you will be part of a 3-man crew working on high-end residential properties, performing work safely, on quality and on budget. Team leads will be responsible for the execution of landscape maintenance work including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, caring for seasonal rotations and other landscape maintenance tasks as needed. This position requires and understanding of the safe operation of equipment.
Salary:
$20-$24/Hour (based on experience) - Full Time - Paid Weekly - Overtime Available
Responsibilities and Duties:
Property care & client satisfaction.
Manage a crew to ensure all property care work is performed according to industry standards.
Ability to manage time & completion of tasks.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required.
Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
Provide Production Manager feedback on crew member(s).
Working with Production Manager, help to develop and train crew members.
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
Participate in branch meetings as directed.
Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs.
Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
